You aren't the first one to comment on the Mk.2 Escort @OhGi8. Codemasters modelled it on the Mk.2 Escort that Roger Clark used so, although it is not the "regular" Mk.2 Escort that you are probably used to, it is correct!

Oh that's great, thank you for the reply!

No worries! Must confess that I prefer the "normal" looking Mk.2, but it is a historically significant rally car, so nice to have it in game!

Colete todas as coisas ruins no Dirt Rally 2.0 e que precisam ser consertadas ou precisam ser reparadas. Este tópico apenas para problemas com o CAR.

A bit late to this thread but couldn't resist a few comments on the Mk2. Awesome to have it in the game and agree that it is correct as far as the front lights go for Rogers 1976 car. However I also find it annoying ! would much prefer to see the 2 up 2 down array that 99.9%  of works Escorts used and loose the 2 lamps in the grille. The DR2 Escort is close to perfect and wouldn't take much to tidy it up so we have a true representation of the magnificent Group 4 works RS1800.  1/ Four spot lamp array up front. 2/ Mud-flaps front & rear. 3/ Re-work the rear arches (too wide) 4/ Re-work engine sounds for an accurate BDA / BDG on Webers sound. I feel it was a poor choice to select one odd example to model that, if my memory is correct, only appeared in the 1976 season. By 1977 Rogers car had the 2 up 2 down set up and continued with it for successive seasons. Rogers 1976 front light set up does not accurately represent the works cars.

Shouldn't the Group B 4WD cars not be able to use the handbrake other than for launch? I think doing handbrake turns in those cars would have made the diff explode or something...
