I confirmed both cars are in my garage, Time trial, and Custom championship mode.

I can't confirm if it was fixed in historical mode since I haven't proceeded yet to the 2000cc period.

They are in garage for free, yep.

 

Bit of a pity if you ask me, I'd rather not shortcut it into the garage, but hey, personal preference.

Sounds like the credits drop and car in the garage is part of the deluxe, rather than the regular DLC download. IIRC you bought it on Steam separately the day before?

Yes, can be used in My Team like any other car you own. Source: just started a clubman Career Rally with the Skoda Fabia Rally 2005.

I am PS4 and downloaded both cars from the store before firing the game up. My bonus credits were added on start up.
