Worst customer service from any developer I have had the unpleasant experience of dealing with.

Oh yes! thats it , you should connect the shifter seperately to usb then its recognised as a separate device. i only use it as handbrake in sequential mode at the moment. (if u want to do that ushould unbind shift functions from it..)

Yes, several times. Including this morning after the content didnt show up. Qhen I went to delete it and then download it again it is still saying the deluxe content is installed as shown in video and pics. But thanks for the suggestion.

Here is the latest update and a readaction from the OP. Spoke to SONY (on hold for 2 hours and spoke to 5 people) and they referred me to CM of course. But if anyone bought the digital deluxe version and cannot access the monte carlo track; go to DIRT 2.0 in the store ( not the deluxe version as it will say downloaded) and then go to add on's and the track will be at the top and you can download it from there. Sony's customer service is the problem and my apologies to CM for assuming it was on their end. So all is well in dirt and now no thanks to either customer support centers including a supervisor and tech support person from SONY.

Well skiddy, I still dont have access to the original 5 bonus cars, but at this point I have given up on ever getting them. At least I am getting the season 1 and 2 season dlc. At least I know where to look for it and a little disappointed in CM for not responding on the first place, but lesson learned and the game is really good.
