A possible fix for FPS and stutter issues.

Yesterday i installed sweet fx, and noticed not only did i get a significant fps boost, but also it evened out the big variations in 

fps on some parts of stages. The best results came when sweetfx was installed but none of the effects boxes where ticked,

Cool! I'm not able to try it yet, but I'll definitely do. Can I ask for your pc specifics? Were you having noticeable frame drops?

i7 6700k 1080 16 gig

Maybe not relevant but yesterday I went from Fullscreen to Borderless fullscreen att my FPS went from 70-80 fps to steady 144 and above.
