Looking forward to try Sweden 2.0. Not really hyped for the cars though.

Your loss, the M1 is great fun, and sounds amazing even if it doesn’t have the proper audio yet 😄

another DLC car without the proper audio?

so that's literally half of the DLC cars that don't have the proper audio now.

Proper audio’s coming next week apparently. Don’t really care tbh, still sounds good 🤷‍♂️

And the ones that do are from the previous game...

i don't actually care about the M1 to be honest, i just want the proper audio for the Skoda. it has a very unique anti-lag launch control sound, and the fact it doesn't have the proper audio really stands out like a sore thumb.

it's not always easy to track down the cars to record them. there aren't a lot of them. I know for the Skoda, the specific vehicle they had an appointment booked to record got sold right before they were due to show up 😞

I like those new cars, specilly Manta 400 is fun to drive.
Not so impossible and unrealistic slippery like H2 Escort, with Manta you can get long controlled slides.

What comes to snowstages, I think snowfalling looked better with DR1.
Surely snowflakes not looks always same, depends like outdoor temperature.
I really hope at Sweden is also studded/spike tires, like in real life!

You can get long controlled slides easier with Manta, because it has longer wheelbase.

Escort on the other hand, it feels quite realistic for me.

Ok, never drove real rally or Escort so can´t really say is it realistic or not but it just feels so hard to master even when you try control slides with brake.

they don't, i live in canada 😉 i dont expct them to have all the snowflakes be unique or have like different falling physics for wet snow versus dry snow. nobody has ever done that in a game as far as i know.

and yes the snow effects in MC look kinda terrible. D4 was better too, i think... there were also quantity options: light snow, snow, and heavy snow.

it'd be cool to see like a dusting of snow on the tarmac parts in MC. it can be just visual (and maybe leave tread marks when you go by) because 1cm or less doesn't really change grip levels much:

Meant overall of course, I live also near polar circle ❄️
At DR1 snowfalling was faint and at Monaco yes it looks silly, like made from someone who never saw snowfalling :classic_happy:

It would ne nice to see different kind of snowing, like in real life.

haha I don't live near the arctic circle... Montreal is more or less in line with Marseilles. it's just a lot colder. (actually, it's snowing 10cm today)

I had mk1 escort for folkracing some years ago, but not rally mk2 :classic_sad:. mk2 is my favorite car in game and it's best rally car ever IMO :classic_laugh:
