TheStorm92 0 Posted April 24, 2019 I have re-installed the game on steam three times now, and in two different file locations. Everytime I start the game up it just load the "DiRT 2.0" logo and then crashes and gives me this code "Access violation at address 0x4a7e5aa7 in module '' + 0x4a7e5aa7." Anyone else have this issue? ValH 0 Posted May 17, 2019 Hello, I had that problem until I disconnected my Cyborg controller that was on my USB hub. Then I was able to get past loading screen (THAT TIME). I didn't look into the reasoning on the issue because I wanted to upgrade to a better setup which I did. I bought and installed a Fanatec shifter stand alone USB unit. It got rid of the error box but CM's updates of recent, ran me into another problem: no controller binding at the Start Page. I'm now fighting with that. So far, I've only been able to drive one part of a stage one time before the binding problem came up. Been stuck on Start Page prompt for close to 3 weeks now. mtjoeng 0 Posted May 18, 2020 Worked for months ok, all of a sudden not anymore, a. after upgrade my GTX1080 got too hot, gave more cooler spin, b. set Windows compatibility to "8.1" for my "x:\SteamLibrary\steamapps\common\DiRT Rally 2.0\dirtrally2.exe", DR2 uses directx 11, win10 defaults to dx12, something goes wrong with keeping up.
