HELP ME. new at league 1. Not able to pass even Q2

I am new at League 1 and not able to pass qualifiers of raves. Before 2019 update I was able to do that but now it's all difficult. I don't know how to increase my Car speed and I am out in qualifier 2 itself. I am attaching my present setup as many people wrote me aero. Can you help this noob.
