F1 2019 LEGENDS EDITION

Hello i want to ask why here in Greece we don't have any F1 2019 Legends Edition copies of the game. You can pre-purchase anniversary edition from every shop but you cant find anywhere the legends edition, does anyone know why? Also is it true that they give you the steelbook with the game this year??
