Grid (2019) Car Wishlist Thread.

Posted (edited)

Since i seen the announcement for Grid (2019), i was wondering, what cars would we want to see in the game? So, that's why i started a discussion on what cars the Grid community wants to see where the community can share what cars they want in Grid (2019) at launch or dlc. Which cars do you want to see in Grid (2019). I'm thinking on cars i want to see.

I'd like to see at least another open wheeler, maybe the Super Formula or the F2/F3 car. A prototype like an LMP1, LMP2 or DPi and 90s DTM cars.

Also with oval circuits I'd like to see some NASCAR trucks and cars, but it seems we'll get them, official or not

If we had a Mercedes-AMG GT3 with a GSR Livery, what would the community think?

team_car2019.jpg

I mean they have two GT300 drivers titles, and they will be on Spa 24h by the second time.

I`m just asking of curiosity, since i never seen one in a game (but most games have it as a skin). Was just wondering if it's a licence problem or people just don`t want it to be on a game.

Sorry about my english i'm not a english speaker.

I think we can expect the GT4 class to contain most of the R-GT cars from DR 2.0, so the Mustang and the Camaro are probably there along with the Vantage which is already confirmed.

The Vantage is confirmed, but which Vantage? Is it the new spec or the old-spec? Over at the DiRTy Gossip Thread there's a screen of a rally Subaru having its sounds recorded. Behind it was a Vantage race car (new model and not a GT3 or GTE because those have much more pronounced aero). Audio sampled there too?

EDIT: I think this was the one that was there.

The cars featured so far look promising, great to see porsche and corvette are back.  The fact sheet states there will be a Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution VI time attack so my evo fix is satisfied, for additional tuners I hope they bring back the supra and have at least one skyline gtr.
