Codies need to lay off the over-exposure, me thinks.

After playing Dirt Rally 2 and now seeing the new Grid game, I can't help but think there's a bit of an over-exposure fetish going on here with the road surfaces.

For me, it doesn't help the look of your titles at all. I'd rather see the roads I'm driving on, instead of being blinded by reflective light. If it's there just to be a distraction, I guess it's doing the job. Otherwise, it's a very odd art direction to take, when previously, you were making some of the best looking driving games around.

Can't help but agree, unfortunately. Most track surfaces look overexposed in daytime-clear stages, at least on my hardware. I could find a way to fix it in the settings, appears to be a problem with speculars.

should implement sliders so we can turn that **** off as it just blinds you at every turn and only hides the road from view
