Allow us to choose lower difficulty levels in My Team career

I couldn't really think of an exact title for this thread so I'll be more descriptive here.

I think it would be good to allow players to choose a lower difficulty level for the My Team AI career events (I mean the standard rally/Rx events, not the community events), as long as you've progressed past that difficulty level. So let's say for example you've progressed to Elite or Masters level, you should have the ability to choose to run a championship on Pro, Clubman etc. level if you wish. 

So under 'championship options' when you select the 'difficulty' option, it would be nice to see all 5 difficulty levels that you could flick through with ones you haven't progressed to yet being greyed out, hence unselectable. And ones you've already passed should be selectable.

One of the major problems with the current way the difficulty progression is set up is that people could end up getting 'stuck' at a certain level. They can't progress past the current level, but don't finish low enough to get booted down a level. Apparently if you generate and abandon a championship at a certain level enough times it boots you down one level but doing that is time-consuming and a bit of a PIA to be honest. 

Also, the higher championship levels have a lot of stages in them. If someone who has progressed to Masters level, for example, just wants to run a championship with 6 or 8 stages per rally, they could just select a lower difficulty level and still do a championship and earn credits to spend.

I get that the exact AI difficulty at each level is curated but can't see any reason why we shouldn't be allowed to select a lower difficulty level if we want, as long as we've progressed past that level.

 

Finally, I'd also really like to see some options for how many restarts we can use. Just let people select 'none/5/10/unlimited' or something like that. If someone wants to play the game ultra-hardcore with no restarts, hardcore damage on, at Masters level then let them, if someone wants to play on Clubman with unlimited restarts then let them. 

Would just like to see the player given a little bit more control over some of the aspects of My Team career. I know you can always set up a custom championship but you don't earn any credits from those, which is a bit of a problem.
