[BUG][PS4] - F1 2019 - tyre punctures to all tyres at the start [ZX]

After one-shot quali at the start all tyres punctured. Damage was on reduced:

Maybe if damage was on full your engine would have blown up as well lol!

With simulation damage game would have probably crashed XD

Don't you mean the whole pc would have gone up in smoke!? Now THAT would be realistic and immersive although not very popular with the fire service!!

Could you let me know the following things please so I can get this checked out? Thanks!

• Platform you’re on (PS4, Xbox One, PC, Steam):
• Game Version (Shown on the Start screen in the bottom left hand corner):
• Game Mode, including if it was Single Player or Multiplayer (Time Trial, Career, Grand Prix, Custom Game etc):
• Did you do a qualifying or anything before the track with the issue? If so, what? (just saw you said one shot qualy, ignore this one, thanks!
• If in Multiplayer, how many players and how many AI?:
• What happened in the lead up to the problem?:
• If you get an error message, the exact wording of the error message you're receiving:
• Any accessories you are using (wheel, pad, etc):

• Game Mode, including if it was Single Player or Multiplayer (Time Trial, Career, Grand Prix, Custom Game etc): Unranked Multiplayer
• Did you do a qualifying or anything before the track with the issue? If so, what? (just saw you said one shot qualy, ignore this one, thanks!
• If in Multiplayer, how many players and how many AI?:  4 players and 0 AI
• What happened in the lead up to the problem?: Just normal one shot qualy at unranked multiplayer, there wasn't any contact to walls or spins during the lap. Then there was start of the race (no formation lap), based on video it seems like tyres are already gone before lights go out.
• If you get an error message, the exact wording of the error message you're receiving: No error message
• Any accessories you are using (wheel, pad, etc): I'm using T300rs wheel

I had a random puncture the other night at Spa first time I've had one. Straight off the line flat tyre lapped after 1 lap and lost about 50 skill points for finishing last lol

We recommend copying this and filling it out with the questions alongside it so CM staff and other users can see the problems you are having 
1.       A description of the issue. Please include any error codes here. 
2.       What version of the game you are using (Shown on the start screen in the bottom left corner of the screen) 
3.       Game-mode? 
4.       Are you able to recreate the issue? If so, please include recreation steps on how you encountered this issue. 
5.       How often do you see this problem? Is it the only time or does it always happen? 
6.       Have you tried any troubleshooting? We recommend the steps here as a starting point for any issues. Please let us know what troubleshooting methods you have tried while creating this post. 
7.       Any accessories you are using (gamepad, wheel etc) 
8.       Any screenshots or video of the issue? If the video is long, please include a timestamp for when the issue appears.
