[BUG] MULTIPLAYER CARS | PIT STOP

Hello everyone,

@Faya I would like to know the criterion for assigning boxes in online lobbies.

It is unacceptable to find, without undestranding in advance, another (different from yours) car in the pits, causing a serious waste of time and credibility for the grand prix.

Is there a criterion or method of assigning boxes to players?

This bug must be solved because it distorts all the new online classified mode.
In races 25%, 50% and 100%
For me it is a very serious bug that affects all the new mode which is very beautiful but at the moment unusable if not for races without pit stops.

Is this a bug or just an unfortunate incidence where your "teammate" just wants to cause chaos? Are we saying that the car stopped there in the pit box had actually left but the graphics showed they hadn't?

 

With the new multiplayer car effectively you don't have team mates and so I don't see why the system cannot be changed so that when you pit you go to the next available pit box where ever that is. If all are full, you have to stack up somewhere.

It is a good idea. It does not matter which pitbox you as you travel the same distance at the same speed anyway. However, imagine the leader pitting with 5 drivers directly behind him, if he gets into the first box then he will definitely be blocked in it until all 5 pass. So first one to come in should always get the last box first to prevent that at the entry.

Another idea for league mode would be to let an admin edit the team pairs and have the game indicate when the member boxes.

Exactly! Or, at least, that you see and know who is your teammate in the lobby room (before you start Q).

the ideal would be to assign the team mate when creating the lobby. If the multiplayer car mode is foreseen in leagues and in unclassified races ... you must assign the teammate and consequently go to the same boxthe ideal would be to assign the scederia mate when creating the lobby. If 10 different multiplayer cars are used (unlocking with credits the other available) does this problem persist?

How would the guy in front of you even know you're his teammate? That's the main problem, really - if you know the guy in front of you is your teammate, then you won't have this pitstop lottery and you can just stay out one more lap.

When your pit mate enters the pit stop, a red wrench turns on in the HUD.
The problem is that if we enter the pit lane together, the red warning light is slow to turn on.
Then before the race, you never know which team mate you are.
I would like you to implement this concept as a team in order to know immediately which is your teammate.

I've encountered this issue today in SPA where everyone had multiplayer vehicle. I've called in early pit as I had a broken wing, but I had to wait in line behind a guy, that cost me at least 5 seconds of the race, if I were to be pitted in different box I would at least be in his DRS range and could easily overtake him.

I can foresee some major drama with this bug in some of the more serious leagues around the place.  Imagine this happening in the top tier of AOR etc near the end of the season.
