Is there any way to get players banned from the F1 series on PS3 and now PS4?

There are two players in particular that just crash everyone every race.  You could reach out to any F1 2014 or 2012 player and they would confirm.  Maybe an email that there play is being monitored?  I know we can set up private groups, but a lot of the fun comes with playing with new fair competitive racers.
