[Bug] [PC] [Audio] [v1.04] Severe bump effect sound glitch

This easily repeatable, by hitting a another car, VERY often the “bump” sound keeps occurring repeatedly for a LONG time.  
It’s like the sound keeps occurring at at high speeds and might be connected to the bottoming out effect. 

Anyway it’s extremely annoying, sound like someone is banging on a good damn door at the end of all the high speed straights. 

A way to make it stop is to ram it to wall or another vehicle. 
I do that now, and then use a flashback to continue racing.

It’s still present in v 1.05.

Hi @KrazyLurt and thanks for posting. 

As you're on PC, could you try a couple of things for me to see if they help?

Could you try verifying your files and making sure all of your drivers are up to date? If you're still experiencing the issue after that, could you get a video of it and send it in, along with your DXDiag and Hardware settings? I have it too. When hitting another car it will just keep repeating the sound of the contact for at least a few laps.

Faya , like above it’s present at ps4 as well so I don’t think dxdiag are necessary, yeah I have verified my game files. 
 

my specs are: Skylake platform, 6700k, 32 gig 2600 Mhz ddr 4, gtx 1080

PS4 and PC means a fundamental bug cross platform, I have no idea why no real feedback have been made of this , and why it haven’t been adress. It must be one of the easiest bug to reproduce. And it is severe. 
 

It’s still active in v1.06.
