saved profile 'Dirt3' > 'Dirt3 Complete Edition' ?

Installed the complete edition then uninstalled the vanilla version.  Still have my original saved profile & settings etc leftover, but don't know where the new save folder is.  The new install is not picking up my old profile.

Found the answer :(

"Unfortunately, the GFWL version of DiRT 3’s save files will not be compatible with the Steam version, so all of your previous progress won’t be transferrable. "We know it sucks and we are sorry but it was unavoidable," Williams noted in today's announcement."

Yea the new save files are compatible with Steam Cloud sync, if you want to finish your career on your other save that can be done on the old version. But after 4 years I personally don't see another reason why it would be a bad thing to have to start over.
