540 degrees in Argentina

Recommended Posts

Up to now I had set my steering wheel to 360 degrees. In Catamarca I often hit the steering wheel full, which I only really noticed after setting the steering wheel to 540 degrees, which makes full steering not so easy anymore.

Do I have to full steer so often, or do I drive wrong?

There are some hairpins that definitely need the full steering lock.

How often also depends on various aspects, for example your driving style (do you use your handbrake often or rarely),  which car do you drive etc.

Each location has it's "full steer parts" but most appear in ARG in my eyes. That's rally :classic_biggrin:

With proper throttle modulation and handbrake use, steering extremes are not required.

Thank you all for the answers.

I had guessed something like this: too little handbrake use and not proper throttling.
