"An error has occurred while saving the highlights reel. The file was not created" on PS4

Hi everyone,

I get the following error after every race that I do in F1 2019 on my PS4:

"An error has occurred while saving the highlights reel. The file was not created".

So far I have not found any other reports of this error. I also checked available storage on the HD, but there is over 90GB remaining.

 

Hope someone can help me out!

Hi, did you do a midsession save and then continued your race later? I did that once and it’s the only time I got that error.

No, I did not. This happens on every race I do..
