Multiplayer Season Question

Hi there, i just have a quick question.

 

How can i start a full Multiplayer Season with the realistiv car specs ?

In F1 2018 it was possible to just fire up a Multiplayer Season and not have all the cars on equal perforamce, i would very much like to know how i can achieve this on F1 2019.

The reason for this is fairly simple, me and some mates just want to have the full and realistic experience, where one car may be performing better on specific tracks (Engine Power vs Aero) and so on.
