Dirtfish?

Can you only use cars you own in dirtfish?? Tried to use it earlier but could only access it through my garage and going to test drive, is there another way?

For now yes, it is limited to "test drive" in My Team but PJ did say it will eventually be coming to Freeplay. No exact time though, so it might be 1.8 or it might be 1.10 =/

You can also test cars that you don't own from the purchase cars section of my team

think it's in 1.8 but we've only just released 1.7 so I don't have a confirmed "here's what's in 1.8" list yet.

It would be awesome if driving a purchased car in Dirtfish would count toward engine research.

What happened to the shipping containers, ramps, obstacles etc.?

There were two versions in D4. The serious versions without obstacles, and the non-serious version with all the gymkhana jumping stuff.

The serious version has been ported to DR2.0, as DiRT Rally series is seriouser game compared to the DiRT series. Also compared to the D4 version, they now added wet weather conditions. In D4 it was only able to drive in dry conditions.

Also opens up a potential exploit where players could tape down the throttle and steering, go away for a few hours and come back to a fully-researched car.
