DiRT Rally Bug Report - Framerate drops

The issue:
The game suffers from frame rate drops at, what seem like, random moments. The frame rate drops below 20, stays there for about 10 seconds, and then goes back up again.

CPU: AMD Vishera FX-8350, Eight-Core,
Motherboard: ASUS M5A78L-M/USB3
RAM:  Crucial Ballistix Sport 12GB DDR3-1600,
Video card: Nvidia GTX 750 Ti 2GB,
Hard Drive: 1000 GB Sata III Harde schijf,
Ran on a generic Medion 4:3 monitor, issue also exists on Oculus DK2

Steps to reproduce
Simply enter a rally stage or run the benchmark test.

Your recent history of races 
In DiRT Rally, none, other than that, ran in cups in bascially every sim out there

Which stage were you within the championship\custom event?
The benchmark stage, and the 1st stage in Greece.

What were you doing specifically when the crashed occurred?
I had spotify on in the background, other than that, no major processes were running

How long was your current session?
Roughly 10 minutes in total.

The benchmark is weird, i'm getting 20 fps on the benchmark on Ultra, although when i'm playing at Ultra i get over 220. Here's my specs

PS: It might be your graphics setting that is all wrong, you should double check!
