[Bug Report - Hang] Issue when "Save and Exit to Menu" used from mid-event service screen

8GB RAM
1GB XFX Radeon 6870 with GTAV drivers.


Steps to reproduce
Race in career mode, and when using "Save and Exit" from the menu with "Repair Car"/"Car Setup" etc (between stages) the game hangs and requires closing from task manager. Does not occur when using start menu during race itself (or even when stationary at the start line!). Closing game via task manager causes Steam to pop up an "Error 41" window, but I can restart the game just fine and I don't lose any progress.

Had the same issue myself. However I can no longer get into the game. The game doesn't register any inputs on my wheel or keyboard to get past the "press start or enter" prompt.
