Why can't you change tires that are punctured sometimes ??

Know well you can't in time driving.

Sometimes a message appears in the bottom left corner that the car is punctured and found out I need to press F3 (when it's PC)

But why isn't it every time you lose a tire ??
Yes I have tires with…
It also doesn't help to stop mine on the road and press F3 or F2
It is not always felt when it becomes difficult to drive and you have to stop the car to see if it is punctured by getting a camera outside the car, because it is not always a tire, it can also be the steering wheel that is
wrong, and spend time figuring out whether it is a tire or steering wheel, then you waste a lot of time on something that cannot be done.

Any suggestions for this ??
Or is it just the co-driver who's a lazy idiot?
