No connection to network services F1 2019

Hi @Ganyy,

As this was an issue we believe to be resolved, can you add the below detail.

 

A short description of the problem:

Platform you’re on (PS4, Xbox One, PC, Steam):

Game Version (Shown on the Start screen in the bottom left hand corner):

Game Mode, including if it was Single Player or Multiplayer (Time Trial, Career, Grand Prix, Custom Game etc):

If in Multiplayer, how many players and how many AI?

What happened in the lead up to the problem?

If you get an error message, the exact wording of the error message you're receiving:

Any accessories you are using (wheel, pad, etc):

If you have any videos or screenshots, please share them. If the video is long, please include a timestamp for when the issue appears:

 

Potential troubleshooting issues are also in the URL here. Please check to see if these help resolve your issue.

What troubleshooting have you already tried from some of the recommended solutions in this thread?

I've had the same issue on my Windows 7 PC since the update to the servers on Friday. Interestingly I installed it on my Son's Windows 10 PC on the same network and that has no issues connecting. I've tried changing to a different network adapter and IP address on the Win 7 PC and the issue still exists. I also uninstalled / reinstalled and that didn't help. I at least now know it's not my network, but possibly some difference in the way the 2 machines are connecting.

Be interesting to know what the change was that was communicated November 22. I realise you're probably not told the details or not allowed to communicate them @BarryBL

Hi @LeftyF.

Do you receive an error code? Can you complete the below when possible. We've had a lot of connectivity reports this weekend, and I need to gather as much information as possible to go to the Network team. Thanks.

Hi,
I have the same problem.
When I want to connect to a league I get the following message:
Error
Unable to join this session

I play on PS4

It's been like this for at least a month.

Is the problem always present or is it intermittent: always present?

All troubleshooting methods tried: on all screens league access is impossible

Hi @malko34,

By troubleshooting we mean as in what things have you tried to fix the problem

Have you looked at Page 5 here:

In the 'recommended' section there are lots of potential solutions. Did you receive an Error Code in game?

I just get the connection error message impossible as it is on PS4 I don't see what I can do to intervene on the system.

Have you tried change your NAT settings? What is your NAT type?

Hey @BarryBL im from Germany and i have the same Problem. Is there any fix already? This screen never ends.

I play on PS4 I can't do NAT!
the PS4 connects directly to your server?
Why did it suddenly stop working?

of course you can do NAT on a PS4. Check out the video, maybe you come across something you haven’t tried yet.

Hi @JackCarter2980,

Can you complete a bug report and let me know your current Connectivity settings (NAT,  Wired/Wireless).

All should be in the above posts.
