No, there is plenty of under steer and oversteer in this game. Dirt 1 suffers from this problem. DR does not

You should ask a simple question then.
The simple answer to this question is "At times".

Which car you're using, where you're running it, how it's set up, and what the car is doing at the time all have a very large influence on the grip at that particular moment, so there is no simple "yes/no" answer.
