JorritVD 1,236 Posted January 23 • Speaking of YouTube, you may have seen that “Something is coming…”. We can hear it in the distance and it’s rapidly approaching, will be here sooner than you think. http://blog.codemasters.com/community/01/codies-racing-line-january-23-2019/

Maybe then will use that asset and assets from previous DiRT games such as Colin McRae DiRT... Is it the screaming of the S1600 I hear in the distance? Wouldn't mind that at all! 😄

And with the assets from GRiD, it wouldn't be the most difficult car to turn into Rally-spec, together with the Opel Corsa. But i don't think it will happen. Kiwiazbro 42 Posted January 23 I’d like Safari but would be happy with more stages on the existing countries.
JorritVD 1,236 Posted January 24 Talking about locations: If I made any mistake, let me know. I don't know if this could be an indication, but from CMR 2.0, some iconic countries aren't in DR2.0. It is interesting that DiRT Rally 2.0 has the most Rally locations in the history of Codemasters rally games. Not suprisingly that UK has been the most visited featured location. Although it was absent with the more American styled DiRT 2 and DiRT 3 editions.
Leo Natan 288 Posted January 24 Man, I'd love a Kenya location. Always loved that in 2.0.

At least 1 more long stage per location (but I'd prefer 2) and a spectator/super special. Would mean we could have decent length rallies without having to repeat stages more than twice.

I know Spain, Usa and aus had different stages though... Which is why i think it is so unlikely that any new locations will be added. Good graphic though! Guess in DR2.0 the USA have to be green and the UK yellow, as the yellow ones are the DLC ?! Respect for the work you put in that mate!

I think the investment to make a new stage for an existing location is similar to an investmet of a new stage for a new location. Marketing wise (and also personally) a new location is much more attractive. It is better for sales to say you have a brand new location than a brand new stage. Also experience wise it would be nice to have new location than something what is already "similar" in the game. 4 minutes ago, LutzM said: Great graphic!!!
