FPS issues after update. (Dirt Rally 2.0)

So.. I been a fan of Dirt series since Dirt 3. No doubt, I bought Dirt Rally 2.0 when it was on pre-order, when it came out it was a bless to play, was running smooth (100+ fps on high/ultra presets). Well.. It all changed after Latvia RX update.

Been waiting for some updates from Codemasters but there is only new content comming out.. No fixes, nothing.

Tried browsing forums for somekind of sollution. I tried official fps guide, even dirtfix.exe didn't help. Seems that there is problem with crowd beeing shown on screen, so I turned it off completely. Okay, there is some fps increase, but still.. Im getting low 60's.

Maybe someone have any ideas.. ? Codemasters?
