Angus390 0 Posted December 29, 2019 I have this problem as well. Exact same error code. Windows 10 Dirt Rally 2.0. Did you find a solution? Thanks

Luckily I can get a Steam refund but I'd rather get this sorted!
CM_Ads 74 Posted January 3 Hi @Fetanq @Angus390 which version of the game did you purchase? (I.e Deluxe). If you own any DLC have you been sure to check its correctly installed. Sadly another solution could be to try reinstall the game (I know that's annoying, sorry). Access violation usually happens when content is missing from the game so doing both the solutions I mentioned is you best bet at first.
HoksuHoo 563 Posted January 3 I have reinstalled my game three or four times and it still happens. All DLC is enabled, Steam super deluxe edition. @CM_Ads you really need to wake up about this. This is a game-breaking problem that seems to be quite widespread, and your "solutions" do not work. Codemasters need to fix this on their end.
Lanius1984 2 Posted February 24 I have the same issue, but only since returning to the game after several months away. I have only recently purchased the Season 3 + 4 DLC ad on, but it is next to useless with the constant crashing. I have seen multiple reports of this across this web, so there must be a solution... has the issue been identified? I've reinstalled the game (nearly 100GB !!! ), updated graphics drivers, run Windows Update, defaulted all settings and no luck. No other game suffering issues, so this is certainly Dirt Rally 2 related. At this stage, I'm really annoyed to have spent an additional £9.99 on the |DLC only to find the game is not playable.
