f1 2019 clipping like crazy this morning

I got f1 2019 the other day and started to play it and all was well till this morning. If i saw the wheel back and forth a couple of times it clips like mad then when it comes back it's crazy heavy. I have never dealt with clipping till this morning...Csw 2.5 on pc..i tried turning everything to 0 in-game and ffb to 30 but i still get it...any ideas? The game was fine till this morning. Other sims still work and drivers are up to date..

There's definitely something wrong with the game since F1 2015.

I usually find until you clip a barrier, hit another object or use full lock the game doesn't register inputs properly. So I do it in the pitlane (lock to lock) under AI control and press and release the pedals fully. I don't even realise I'm doing it now.
