Here is the XB1 supported list, it's not on it. The standalone rim is. Someone who has it on XB1 would have to verify.

Although the spider is not on the supported list like @steviejay69 correctly points out, you can configure it to work on your custom presets. It's not on the supported list as F1 2019 does not have a preset configuration with that wheel.
