Broken car / Animals that gets put into the game

What controls / triggers the broken car in the different stages?

 

 

Is it the computer that decides when or else when the broken car gets put into the game ??

 

 

The same goes for animals…

 

 

Seems when the CM is coming up with a new rally stage, so in the beginning there will be many and gradually it will be smaller,

Helicopters were often there just when Finland came to DR 2.0 Now you never see them!

Can't make so the frequency can be changed?

And people who don't want it can just turn it off.

things like animals running across the road (and birds fly over sometimes), opponents' broken cars, drones, etc are called "Unexpected Moments" in the English version of the game.

• you can only turn them on or off in Custom Championships (and probably Clubs, if you run the Club.)
• CM is able to modify their frequency: for about 2 months last spring they almost never occurred, and then someone at CM finally fixed it so they came back. there was a whole thread in which players were asking where they had gone: https://forums.codemasters.com/topic/36029-the-unexpected-moments-stopped/?tab=comments#comment-412237

I like them but I wish they were more frequent 🙂

Almost 500 hours drive, it is getting boring.
So the CM needs something more!
Look at all the suggestions CM has received from the user

I play only time trial, there is no broken car I think, or I don't remember...
