[IMPROVEMENT] Female driver (and co-driver if possible)

I'd love to see the option of a female driver's face, i.e. if the face reflected the gender chosen in the player profile. One of rally's great strengths is that it's open to everyone, and there are plenty of women drivers—Michèle Mouton just for starters. (Choosing the ethnicity would also be awesome, even if it's broad like white, black, East Asian, Middle Eastern/South Asian, male and female each; again, lots of precedent with Nasser Al-Attiyah, Alex Kihurani, Verena Mei...) The return of a female co-driver would also be welcome, as Dirt 2 and 3 had. I'm a big Nathalie Richard fan, so always picked Jen Horsey in Dirt 3. I realize this is more work than just a face-swap, but it would be appreciated by a lot of people I'm sure.

I don't see why not. I would like more co - drivers in general. Though I think that changing the models shouldn't be a priority right now, compared to getting more voices. since you barely see the driver/co-driver anyway.

Co-drivers could be hired and fired too. You could pick one up cheap that stutters. You could get bad instruction. You could add quite another dynamic to the game with co-drivers. But I still want my lady co-driver.

I mentioned Nathalie Richard, the most successful North American co-driver, who has won the North American Rally Championship nine times. There's Ilka Minor, one of the most successful women in the WRC. Jen Horsey, the female voice in Dirt 3, co-drove in X Games and the Canadian Rally Championship.

I would agree Natalie has had a great career and would probably do a good job in the game as well.  Matter of fact I DMed her via twitter yesterday and she thought it would be interesting to do, but Codies would need to reach out to her of course.

female co driver is a MUST have! for non native speakers, in most of case, female voice is much clearer than male and easier to understand!

HECK YA!!! Female Race Car Drivers are the best! Plus all the best super heroes have awesome female heroins by there side and technically a Rally Drivers is SUPER so he should be able to be a accompanied by and awesome pace notes reader as well.
