Its not about difficulty, its about unrealistic team targets. Like he said he is in the 5th best team and has to score 32 pts in 2 races...thats a target for ferrari or red bull but not for mclaren.... I'd need: Proof of targets Performance Index Also, what were your race and qualifying objectives on the contract you signed with the team? Are you in Season 1, or in a more customised career.
