[BUG REPORT] First crashes

Had my first crashes today, hopefully only coincidentally after an update to fix crashes. Let me know if dumps or dxdiag should be uploaded somewhere.

Your recent history of races 
1970s Clubman Championship, Fiat 131, Monte Carlo, Route de Turini Montee, afternoon/cloudy

Which stage were you within the championship\custom event?
Just completed/beginning stage one

What were you doing specifically when the crashed occurred?
First a crash to desktop with no error message; after a race had ended and I was looking at the next stage of the championship, I got up for around 3 minutes, heard the audio stutter then stop, and was at the desktop when I returned. After restarting the game and re-entering the championship, I got up again for around 10 minutes at the start of the race, where you're asked to hold the handbrake for a manual start. When I returned the PC had bluescreened and required a hard reboot.
