connection error code 387704812d5a156-38d49f7a-55-58 getting really tedious

For what it's worth, running on a PC with Windows 10 in 2D. NVidia GeForce 1050 Ti. Intel Core i7 @3.4GHz. 16GB RAM. Just using a Logitech RumblePad for control.

 

Is this a RaceNet problem or me? Shouldn't the very specific error code help? Is there somewhere I'm not finding that I can just look it up?
