Patch for DirectX 10 Please

Dear Sirs, I ask please for made a Patch for DirectX 10! Exist lots of PC's, notebook like mine, who have yeat a great perform but it's impossible change the grafic card. We now the quality this is not the same but not mater, We need Run the game! Thanks for lissing me and sorry for my poor English, I,m Portuguese and love Rallys. Regards :-)
