Recommended Posts

I can't believe there isn't a race thread up yet!

So yes, this weekend it is the Johnnie Walker Monte Carlo SBM Casino de Monte Carlo Tag HEUER Zepter Monaco Grand Prix, and after FP1, Lewis is looking good, but Max Verstappen doing a great job to be in 2nd place!

They were all laughing when he went off after the tunnel. Love the Lotus lads :p

You know you're bored when you're making this sort of thing on Photoshop...

But think about it, F1 is sponsored by all these luxury brands like Rolex, Fly Emirates, Johnnie Walker. What if they were sponsored by every day brands like Armitage Shanks, the no. 1 toilet maker, or Poundland.

Lewis had a sly did at Rosberg by saying nothing got in his way :joy:

Hamilton's looking like breaking Vettel's pole record this season. He needs 11 poles from the next 13 races between now and the end of the season which I think will be achievable considering at 90% of them it's just him vs Rosberg. But it will be a close run thing.

Barring any rain, tomorrow's whole event is just a drag race to turn 1. Whoever comes out of there in the lead has it in the bag with track position and first choice on strategy on their side.

Yes Button, I'd be so happy if he managed to get into Q3.
yeah I would have been too would be nice to see at least one of the McLaren's nick some points this weekend as I have to admit it's a bit painful seeing them stuck on 0 points

Wow, seems harsh but at the same time, at least it will make teams and drivers realise that they MUST go to the weighbridge when they're told.

Shame because Sainz looked great all weekend.

Sainz has had an amazing season so far, hopefully he'll bounce back tomorrow!

Yeah, I know Verstappen has being getting loads of praise, but Sainz has done just as well, if not better, in my opinion. Spain was very strong for him, and again in Qualifying today.

Bottas was a massive surprise though, and Williams as a whole in fact. I knew Monaco wouldn't be their best circuit, but to go out in Q1 and Q2 is not good when they should be the 3rd fastest team.
