Even tho the lack of information has been a little bit fustrating I can't wait to buy the game on release day I've bought every f1 game since 2010 and I couldn't give a s*** if cm ain't giving us more info all I care about is the day it's coming out can't believe the way people sulk about the lack of information all I know is you will either buy it or not,even if u are angry now all it will take is a few good reviews wen the game is out and people will end up buying it anyway I've just excepted it's the way it is and if we do get more clips and videos the good if we don't then so be it wait till game comes out then decide COYG

But please, don't expect most of us to fall to that level.

it's only a game mate I'm sure people got plenty of other games to keep themselves occupied while we're waiting for f1 to come out who cares if we ain't getting a lot of information I like f1 so I'm going to buy it simple as that ,i ain't going to tear my hair out because their not telling me what I want to know about the game and act like cm is  letting me down and they owe me anything because I bought every f1 so far and why do I need to do research I play f1 games and enjoy them research is for something your not too sure on and don't know what your going to get I know 60/70% of what the game going to be like so no need to wait to see what extra details our going to be in the game. we all want the game to be perfect mate but we will never get that cause people want different things.

That's why I cancelled my pre order. That way i aint losing out. if its good I'll pick it up later. if its poop, i aint lost nowt.

That's why I haven't pre-ordered at all Virtually no info and what info I have heard I don't really like that much.

Are you buying games with your own money? Because I do, I wouldn't like to spend 60 quid on trash. 

And me liking Formula 1 is exactly the reason why I don't like the CM games. The sport has incredible depth, from aerodynamics, engine modes, torque modes, tyre usage, using telemetry and so on. CM have been making a dumbed down version of the games. So the fact that I am a massive F1 fan is actually holding me back from enjoying the game. Especially now that there is an incredible open-wheel game (PCars), I would like to know if CM's F1 is worth spending money or not. 20 second trailer and a 3-month old build driven by a guy who can' drive (and that was a leak, btw. It's not like CM released it) is not enough for me to make a decision.

VDV if it's not enough for u to make a decision then I'm sorry your going to have to wait a bit more then ,why people getting worked up about cm lack of information cause even if they don't release anything untill the last day and then the information they release or the feedback is to your liking your going to buy the game anyway can't believe people mentality over a game I can't wait for the game to be released but I'm not going to throw my dummy out of the pram cause I want to know right now about my decision if I'm going to buy game or not, it's  coming out 10 of July ive made my decision about the game if you make your decision on the 9th of July what's the difference.

I think people would agree that it doesn't matter if you decide to purchase the game 2 months in advance, or on the day as long as you enjoy it.

Everyone here wants an F1 game that they will enjoy. But the lack of information is suspicious and indicates to me that Codemaster's haven't got anything to talk about.

It's not a matter of am I going to pre-order the game today, or wait till 2 days after release. It becomes a matter of, do I even want to buy this game.

Once the game is realeased then all the information will be out there for everyone to make informed decisions. But with no information they are relying on customer's blind faith. Maybe they believe that keeping customer's in the dark and relying on brand loyalty is a better strategy than showing an unfinished game?

It's just odd that with a game being released in just over a month there is nothing more than a trailer and screenshots to promote a game.

seeing as this leaked picture came out about 2 or 3 months ago with the words at the top about moving focus to 2016 title, there's probably not a lot to shout about, more or less the same as 2014 with a bit better graphics.

and from that 22 seconds we get 1-2 secs of gameplay I think the only reason that video was released was to drop the delay bombshell and what a sneaky way to do it.

I hope so... they have done a terrible marketing job with F1 2015... the lack of infomation and neglect has been way over the "ok" line.  Unless F1 2015 WOWs everyone I don't see a bright future for them.

And with the popularity of project cars I don't see many sales this year.

Not many people here are willing to say the truth and you my friends are absolutely correct.  A while back when f1 2012 came out I wrote a post about where is codemaster heading with the lack of development; and although I people got mad from what I said, 3 years later they are complaining about the same thing I mention years ago. I absolutely like f1 2010 and after that the games werent the same.  I also got a feeling this game is going to be like f1 2014 but with better graphics.  After watching the 20 sec trailer I wasnt really impressed. Comparing to other games in how much detail they go.

I gave in and purchased Project Cars (Wow, what a game!)

Thats not my 'toys out the pram' jibe at codies, but after the way the delay was "announced"...I felt a bit mugged off!

I do agree! I purchased P Cars as soon as I heard about the delay on F1.

But for everything I love about P Cars when you drive the F1 cars it just didn't feel the same... felt wrong.

P cars career is brilliant and I love the diversity but I can guarantee I wont go down the F1 route initially. I don't think P Cars can replace F1, I personally enjoy it because I can drive all the other formulas which you don't very often get to experience.

Understand the "restrictions" surrounding releasing footage but anything goes a long way!

I can honestly say that, in all my 23 years of gaming, I've never seen such a poor job at promoting a title which comes out in little over a month. It's almost like they don't want to get any attention for it.

I mean, is it really that bad, Codemasters?
