new user - how to get past engine tuning screen

Hi Everyone

I am trying to play  DR 2.0 in VR ( Steam + Samsung Odyssey+) for  the 1st time 

After the first screen ( select car) I am stuck on the second screen ( "engine tuning")

with some green circle on the left. omegle discord xender and my car picture on the right  and a lot of small icons on the bottom.

At that point the game  does not respond to any of my controller actions ( using xbox controller for now)

I can only go back to car selection screen. 

How I can move from that screen ?
