Finally a clean run on the daily for me. Really don't like the stratos, but a steady run saw me to the end with a half respectable time. Would be happy with a top 10 today.

3 spins but am happy to be in top 100. 55th at the moment wahoo! thats good for me. But I made to the end in a whole car at least lol. do you guys practice the track first? I'm too lazy and just go straight in. Suppose that could be my undoing.

I did a 6:20 in practice. Then when I got to the daily, the car setup was completely different, even though I used the default setup in practice. This leads me to believe that Codemasters do their own tweaks on the daily car setup, because the car felt so awkward and stupid that I couldn't drive worth a dime, and went off after about 800 meters. The car was fine, but some of the lights had gone out, and me being terrible at night stages as it is decided to retire on the spot.

Please leave the car setup alone for the daily, thanks. :p

Good run for me, still had sttuuutterring (the Greece ironman event was stuck throttle central). I told myself I'd buy a new computer when the new rally sim would come out. It's time.
I'll be happy with top 25.

I asked @KickUp  about this and he states they use default setup.

Nah they don't. The car doesn't change the way it handles just because one goes from custom event to daily challenge. Something is definitely up.

It's not the first time this happens to me.

Eww that doesn't look like the most fun daily. 

Just finished upgrading all the cars x.X my OCD can take a sigh of relief, at least until they release the new ones.

I figured that would be the case just can't think what else would cause that if they claim to use the same setups.

My run was... Shall we say terrible? Shall we say painful? We shall say painful. I just can't control the Stratos, at least with this setup. So I took the safe and slow approach until my temper got the better of me in the last quarter of the stage, resulting in a spectacular roll and damaged headlights. Two more excursions followed and I limped to the finish line after more than 8 minutes. This is building character, innit?

I dunno if I count as a regular, but I spun out 3 times with the Stratos, the punishment for not practicing the car before starting the daily.

Not sure if we are having the same issue, but I experienced something weird with the Stratos during my "shakedown" run before the daily. My FFB and steering settings were all of a sudden completely wrong and the car was very slow, and un-responsive to my input. Not possible to drive. Did a restart of the game, and everything felt fine again.

Damn you @ji1 beating me with only 10 minutes to go!! Still at least I won the weekly challenge, I'm pleased with that.
