Daily 1: boahh.. 2 bad last curves prevented me from P1. 5/100 of a second behind, so unlucky.
First sector costed me 2 seconds due to tryhard mode, so you're not the only one being unlucky. ;)

Of course, had a pretty clean run, so basically I cannot complain. But looking at CREST is really frustrating, since I was some milimeter ahead of you before the last curve haha, so the centiseconds were on your side. And I dont have the option to powershift with keyboard, so I have to compensate this with clean driving :)

Daily could have gone better, I made quite a few mistakes. Most costly one would be after the massive jump where I landed a bit too far to the right and had to ease off the gas to regain some of the control lost... and also the fact that I crossed the finish line airborne; I saw nothing but sky.

Still, 3:01.909 isn't half bad I guess. gheed must have done quite a few mistakes himself to be a second off.

That was some KAMAKAZI end of stage over the flying finish brilliant :)

Haha, thanks - glad you like it. :D

Predictably, I failed the delta daily... because the RS200 thinks I'm using 20 degrees of rotation. Correcting oversteer with 20 degrees of rotation is impossible.

Is there a way to get access to the results of previous dirt dailies?
www.dirtgame.com/events - click the dropdown box thing top left. It remembers up to 10 daily events.

Daily: Focus 2001, Germany - pretty good run, though not entirely happy with my driving as I turned in a bit too late for some corners. All in all I reckon I lost 1.5 - 2 seconds.

Delta: Polo, Sweden - this was also a pretty good run judging by the time, but again I'm unhappy with the driving. Making small mistakes I should've learned not to by now. Braking early for that junction being one of them.

Thanks very much, would never have spotted that.

Daily: Lancia Delta S4, Finland. Had a 5:46 in practice. Could have gone quicker in the daily still if it wasn't for the fact that you need more luck than actual driving skill to go through this stage flat out.

Boom.

Had a really nice feeling ride with the S4 in Finland today. Was nice and clear headed and drove really cautiously. My new mental technique is to make not crashing the main focus. To go as fast as i can go, but to stay in control. Treat it more like a real rally and not just a fastest possible video game time. Anyhow, today it got me a top time so i think its helping.

After being quite pleased with the daily, i went right into the Wager event and though i'm not that familiar with the car, i had an even better ride than the daily. Really smooth and precise. Felt great. I didn't think the final time would be that great as i felt i was coasting most of the time.
Surprised to be 20 seconds ahead of the other fastest so far though it did feel like a nice ride.

Compared to the Wager, the S4 Daily was actually relaxing :D Had a chill run, ended up 49th out of a bit over 2000

Wager was horrific :D Multiple crashes. In one place managed to get stuck with the nose pointing up and in another lodged myself between two trees so I couldn't forwards nor backwards :D At least I didn't lose any money, ended up somwhere middle of mid tier :D

Daily: Pikes Peak... still no mood for this, so... skipped.
Delta: 037 in Germany... interesting combo. My run felt somewhat good, but a bit annoyed over the handful of sloppy corners that most definitely will cost me the lead.

EDIT: I hate being right. :P

Oh nice, both dailies containing the cars with the absolute worst default setups, woo!

Daily 1: Sierra, Wales... would have been happy with this run if it wasn't for - you guessed it - a couple of really bad corners. I'm cursed.

Daily 2: Jeep on stilts, Finland... overreacting to steering inputs on fast sections, and flips over when trying to corner at high speed? Since I couldn't adjust to it, I had no choice but to just cruise through at a medium pace.

C4 - On one of the jumps in the beginning swerved to the side a bit and hit a tree, that left me with half of the headlights and a damaged radiator. A bit later just from landing a jump (without even hitting anything) the remaining headlights went out. A bit after that hit something and puctured a rear tire (it's not that hard to do when you're driving in the night with no headlights :P). Atleas I beat the delta time :D

Sierra - felt sloppy but actually was pretty good. When I just completed the run, I was 3rd out of 30, now I'm 26th out of 779, so proportionally I've actually gone up :D

Exactly the same happened to me, except that after a jump with no headlights I hit a tree about midway up the trunk. The game, very harshly, I must say, considered that as terminal damage.  :D

Would you believe it... I actually managed to fuck up the 60's Mini daily. Got distracted by the fact that the setup was completely different from practice. I wish this bug would just disappear already. It has ruined more daily events for me than I can count.

3:43 in practice... would have been even quicker in the daily.

Fuck you, lady luck.

lady luck strikes again. what a c-word

Owner's daily didn't go much better. A full two seconds off my target time. The dark slows me down a lot... I just can't get the confidence to push when I cannot see.

Heh, I get the same issue, though probably a lot worse for me, since I use the visual feedback aka the actual car movement to judge physics etc. So at night I'm like "now what the effin is goin' on?"

Daily: Ibiza was... well, nice to drive, not a fast run. Let's leave it at that.
Owners: Me + Stratos + Wales = Very slow run

I just love messing up the easiest of daily events. It is my new hobby. Yesterday, the faceroll Ibiza/Germany combo. Today Fiesta, one of the easiest cars to drive. Norraskoga, Sweden... I know the stage like the back of my hand. 5:56 in practice. Was going even quicker in the daily, then boom, snowbank. Spin. No point proceeding.

I actually survived the owners' daily, Kadett in Wales... didn't hit my target time of 5:47 due to a myriad of tiny mistakes throughout the stage, so I had to settle for a 5:49.

Just noticed, the leaderborad in dirtgame is showing the track and car combo for the wager

Anyway, did the wager, not really a fan of that car. Dat understeer (this is probably enough info to know which car I'm talking about :D). Did get the max return, but not really a fun run

It only shows it after you have completed it. ;)
