Making a small mistake in Finland will set you back about 6 years so... instead of a 3:05, I got a 3:08.
So 3 seconds = 6 years... umm, ok? So does that make me 12 seconds old or 1514732448 years old?

Depends. ;)

Won the wager yesterday! Yey.
A good run in Finland today too, a little rough at the start but a good clean last half has me in 2nd so far.
:)

Congrats, very nice! Also for me, by far the best daily performance in Sweden, just lost a bit more than a second on you. I really like these R4 cars, but apparently I seem to be the only one haha.

Daily: S4, Wales... pretty awkward to drive with default setup, this one. Massive understeer, and to make things worse - the brake bias are almost fully to the front! What the? Oh well. That's what the handbrake is for, I guess. A handful of sloppy bends, but overall I'm pretty happy with my run - and happy with surviving!

Delta: Ibiza, Monaco... one missed upshift. Other than that there weren't really any incidents. EDIT: Oh look, I got beat with some 6 seconds by one of those with endless grip in the snow section. Seems legit.

No it doesn't.

Impressive how he manages to drive the whole stage more or less on full throttle. Why didn't you do that, @Porkhammer ?

Not enough grip. :P

Oh hey, the forum works for me now. Sweet.

Right.

Daily 1: Integrale, Monaco... incredibly slippery! I made some tiny mistakes but hoping the timeloss was minimal.
Daily 2: Kadett, Monaco... ditto!

Fiesta daily went well, had a nice pace, currently just below P100 out of 2000

Metro daily went really good actually. Drove a bit carefully, this being the Metro after all (I still think the car is too short), somehow still managed to roll it, but even with that I'm currently at P30 out of  almost 1400

Ugh. Two modern car dailies. Starting off the delta daily, Countryman in Germany... easiest combo. I didn't even have to powershift. Totally easymode, but alas... I manage to mess that up anyway. I lost 2 seconds to understeer alone. I'm so good at this adjusting thing.

Tried to practice for the C4 Finland daily... and decided that I'm not going to bother. I'm just not in the mood to drive a car that tips over when trying to corner quickly, and instead of putting in worthless performance no. 2 today, I just... skipped it. Yay!

Mini in Germany: Headed for a sub 5:40 time until the hayballs, got a hit there and completely lost the rhythm for the rest of the stage. Many mistakes, and especially annoying: a stone hit in the very last corner wehere I lost another second. But happy overall, since my finishing time isn't too bad.

I couldn't resist DR any longer, so I took a little break from MGS5 over the weekend and went rallying instead. Switched the PS4 on Saturday and went straight into the daily (Fiesta WRC in Wales) with no warm up. Absolutely blitzed the first half of the stage (fairly sure I was on course for a personal best), but I outbraked myself at the 90 left junction about midway through the stage. Desperately tried to make up the lost time in the second half of the stage, which led to a few messy corners and a time just inside the top 200. Annoying, as it could have been so much better, but I took some consolation from the fact I haven't played for several weeks!

Yesterdays daily was a dead loss. Ran slightly wide about 15 corners into the stage. Didn't hit anything solid (i.e. a tree!) but I must have clipped something as I was immediately informed that I had a puncture. Tried to carry on, but tyre went pop, I clipped a tree and abandoned the run!

Delta went much better. Several silly mistakes and poor lines, but finished almost a minute up from the Delta time, so pretty pleased with that!

Daily: Quattro, Greece... what an absolute pig to drive at the limit. Borderline infuriating. I made so many mistakes, yet I am ten seconds ahead of the guy in second place? Yeah ok. But I'm still unhappy with the driving.

Yeah the Quattro felt really piggish indeed though i still had a pretty good run.
A dumb big overshoot of one of those tight lefts lost me a few seconds and almost wrecked me though.
Not too bad, leaving me in 2nd again.

No practice run and a right hand drive car left me pretty messy in the Lancer daily. 29th at the moment.

Quattro: +1. Smashed the headlights early on. Wasn't in the mood to continue in the dark. Abandoned.

R4: Did all sorts of small mistakes and bumping into stuff better left unbumped. Currently 10th, but I guess I'll be on page 2 when the event ends.

Yeeaahh!! P1 in yesterday's Mario Kart up on Pikes Peak with 07:25. Had one sketchy moment on the plateau, but other than that my second attempt went pretty nicely. In the first run, I retired after a puncture from touching the crash barriers in that fast left some seconds after the tree line.

Well done on the hillclimb, i haven't managed a top10 daily there yet.

Had a good Wager event today in a car and stage i enjoy.
Could have had 1st if not for a bit of wigglys in the early bit though
Another 2nd place.
:)

Started with daily 2 today, Renault 5 in Germany... easiest combo. After a bit too many mistakes, I ended up being 4 seconds slower than my target time of 2:40. So I didn't consider it worth uploading.

As for the Manta daily, I couldn't even finish a practice run. The car suffers from the Group A Escort syndrome, so if you don't have the perfect line in (or out) of a corner, it will send you to the moon. Might try again later though.

EDIT: Woo, survived. The trick was driving like an old lady on the bumpy bits, and push hard where it was smooth.

Finished the second daily with just under 30 seconds left :D
Wager wasn't very fast, had one or two of places where I had to reverse, so that didn't help
Daily, RS200 and Finland, went ok, had a few wider turns which resulted in hitting some trees, but at least no serious damage like last time, when I lost an entire wheel :D
But yea, that end was down to the wire. I was used to events changing at 13:00. but we just swithced to winter or daylight saving time, so now events change at 12:00 and instead of more than an hour I only had 17 minutes :D

Wager event: With the Group A Escort up Col de Turini. Surpisingly nice and grippy combination. The event went pretty nice overall, didn't find the rhythm for some time and had some hits and stuff, but no too dramatic errors. This is enough for P2, beaten by a controller guy from Argentina. Does anybody know why the crest does not appear for him?

Because he's sketchy.

Just found something interesting. His crest of the Hyundai daily on Col de Turini - Sprint en descente from 28/10/16. He clearly wins this daily event but crashes all the time, he even crashes and spins before the last corner. So, imo, this reveals Ezequiel Morel(ARG) as no ordinary player - @Hatward could you have a look at this?

I second this. @Hatward investigate this Ezequiel mongrel please. His 28/10/16 daily is just stupid. Massive amounts of grip and acceleration seemingly at will. Compare him to catty and it becomes quite apparent.

Wager again: Haha! Performed a complete high speed sommersault being extremely lucky to continue. Pushed hard and of course, I crashed and lost a few more seconds. Sub 5:50 would have been possible, but this lousy ride doesn't even deserve to stay in top 10.

Daily 1: Ahh... Very nice run apart from 2 spins where I stopped to zero and had to reverse even once. Could have been easily 10 seconds faster, pitty pitty... Temporary P6 insted.
