Argentina - section of stage with severe framerate drop

Hi,

There's a section of stage - run in either direction - in Argentina that causes the frame rate to drop, making it quite difficult to navigate! I'm on Xbox One, it's occurred on three different consoles

Not sure how well the bug displays in the below - but this is the section:

Can anyone advise of anything to remedy it or if this has been noted for a fix?
