[Bug Report] After recovery full throttle no controls

Hi guys,

Yesterday I started playing the game, I just finished my first run in Greece in my Mini, Started my 2nd run and half way I crashed the car (run over te edge)
The car got recovered and afterwards the car went on in full throttle and I had no control over it, I could not steer te car anymore. It would hit a wall in full throttle and stay there. I use just the keyboard to play the game, no gamepads or wheels.

Maybe it was a general bug/crash, because the game did not respond to anything anymore, no Alt+Tab, no Alt+F4, no Ctrl+Alt+Del so I had to use the power button.
Running it on Windows 8.1,  GTX580 SLI latest drivers
