Unable to join Online RaceNet Clubs

Dear Sir/ Madam,

 

Hope you are doing well.

 

I am unable to join any online Clubs in Dirt Rally 2. I get am requested to Manage Account (first attachment). I click on Manage Account and select Steam from the Menu and login. I get the message “The Steam profile you are trying to link is already linked to a different Codemasters Account”

I have tried everything. But am unable to fix. I have also included my Steam Profile page.

 

please help.
