[PS4] Started a multi-player race with a puncture off the line.

No error code.

1. After a wet qualifying during a 5 lap race at Canada I began off the line with 4 tires at 100% and a puncture.

4. First time it has happened for me

7. Gamepad/Dualshock4

8. Can provide if needed but as soon as I dropped the clutch it immediately punctured the tire and all 4 went to 100%.
