Latest update issue (xbox one x)

ever since the latest update, I have been getting a seemingly constant frame stutter/ micro pause every few seconds

 

This has never happened before, it has only started since the last update. Hope its fixed, its ruining the game at the moment.

 

Playing on X, game is on the internal hard drive as it always has been since launch, playing in 4K, does it with a wheel or controller, time trial also.
