BSOD after new patch

Hi guys just got a BSOD after completing the Greece rally in championship mode on masters difficulty after trying out your new patch (0.4.1). Finished the rally and clicked continue (to load next location/1st stage) but got a message saying display driver had stopped responding and then BSOD. Never happened before.

System Spec

Asus Z87-K Motherboard

i7 4770k Stock speed

16gb ram

AMD R9 280x Stock Speed (Latest Beta drivers installed "15.5")

180gig Intel 530 SSD - Windows 7 64bit

1tb 10,000rpm (Partitioned in half) - Steam (including DiRT Rally) and other games

Creative Sound Blaster z

Microlab 5.1 Speakers

XBox 360 Gamepad (no other controllers plugged in)

Samsung S34E790C 34 inch ultrawide monitor running the game at 2560x1080

Steps to reproduce
Not sure if i can reproduce it yet as it will take a while to go through all the races to get to that point again.  In case it matters i'm playing the game using bumper cam.

Your recent history of races 

Mode = Championship (Masters)

Vehicle = Ford Fiesta RS Rally (as i finished last race just unlocked engine upgrade 2)

Track = Not sure, it was a short Greece track to end the masters rally

Conditions = Sunny midday i think

What were you doing specifically when the crashed occurred?

Right when I clicked Continue after getting my rewards for completing the Greece Masters and finishing second.

How long was your current session?
Been about 90 minutes, maybe a tiny bit longer.

Which graphics preset were you using?
Custom = 2560x1080, Fullscreen = ON, VSync = On, Multisampling = CMAA, Refresh Rate = 60, Night Lighting = Ultra, Shadows = High , Advanced Fog = OFF, Particles = Ultra, Weather = High, Crowd = Medium, Cloth = High, Ambient Occlusion = High, Advanced Ambient Occlusion = OFF, Mirrors = OFF, Ground Cover = Ultra, Vehicle Details = Ultra Low, Track = Ultra, Trees = Ultra, Objects = Ultra, Vehicle Reflections = Low, Water = Ultra, Skidmarks = ON, Texture Detail = Ultra, Shader Detail = High, Anisotropic Filtering = High, Smoke Shadows = OFF, Advanced Blending = OFF.
