Windows 10 - PS4 Controller - Bluetooth problem

I couldn't connect my ps4 conroller to pc via bluetooth but with a usb cable yes. How can i solve this problem

I assume you have a Bluetooth capability on your PC? Post a dxdiag?

OK so your BT adapter is the Intel AC7265 - please use the IDSA to update the driver.

I assume you have full operation over USB?

If you haven't tried connecting in this way, give it a go. You will need to put the controller into pairing mode. Press the “PlayStation” button and the “Share” button on the controller at the same time, and hold them down. The light bar should start flashing and that means the controller is in pairing mode.

And then you just need to go into bluetooth options with bluetooth of course activated on your PC and the PS4 controller should be visible. If it's not, just click on "Add a device" and the controller should appear as a nearby Bluetooth device. It should appear on the list as "Wireless Controller", click on that and it should be added.

@steviejay69  @Kompjutaguy Firstly i updated the latest driver and tried to pair my my controller and nothing happened and then i realized that my any devices like phone tablet etc. they won't show in my, it can't see any devices; also my pc won't shown in my phone. I don't understand. Everything seems okay but it didn't solved.
