Well boo FuÅÅking hoo. I lost both my rear tyres on the first stage.......................
11.09. Second to last before those that retired ^^
I managed to hit a telephonepole with my rear, then span around to the next pole and hit the car on the other side.

Worst rally ever. 6 punctures in total. 2 in the first stage(fixed 1), 1 in the 5th that I fixed. then 3 in the last stage, fixed the first, then fought through with the other and then got the third just before the finish.

If I had lost 2 tires in the first stage, I would have just reset the whole event. Well, ok, it depends on where you lost them, if near the end of the stage, it might not affect the result that much, but still

First two stages with the delta integrale went fine, some mistakes but none too bad. Placed in the top 5% which is good for me. Then on the third stage I had real good flow, and everything was going smooth and fast. Until I was 20 seconds from the finishing line, and misjudged a small jump. Went into the ditch, spun around and went straight into the trees. Was kind of irritated with myself, and hammered the reset button to get back on track and just limp to the finishing line and lick my wounds. But juuuuust as I pushed the reset button I heard the "rear right looks..." and BOOM, 1m30s lost just a few seconds away from the finishing line.

I ragereset the event and will probably try again tomorrow.

Yes that's something that could be taken care of - either different button for changing the tyre or make it as an option from pause menu. I did it to myself few times already. Just wanted to restart for 15s penalty and boom - tyre fixed 1m30s penalty :/

Edit: That's something weird. I've retired yesterday and restarted the event. Today I've started, press pause - there's Save and Quit. So when it is and when it's not there, and why? There's even a shakedown option after quiting.

P.S. Poof...poof...pss...

Well, that group b RWD weekly was definitely a true test of skill and endurance  :#  >:)

Oh God!  it's Grp B RWD?!  I didn't look hard enough, guessed i could use my Quatro :(  I haven't even upgraded the Manta yet.

I chickened out for the Group B RWD weekly and chose the Manta over the 037 because in all honesty I wasn't in the mood for wrestling. Gheed must've done some costly mistakes because I'm leading with quite a margin... maybe I should have gone with the 037 after all. The Manta is a walk in the park compared to the 037 driving-wise, especially with a bit harder antiroll-bars.

Didnt started weeklies yet.

One is clear, if I want to get competitive times I need the Delta.

In the other one my heart is divided. Like @Porkhammer said, Manta is a very nice car and has noble behavior... not a walk in the park, but pretty doable.
But 037 is a blast, a fully enjoyable car. But much more risky and much more hard to setup and drive.

mmmmm

Yeah, had to take it really cautious especially in monte. Few mistakes in monte because of the horrible weather and a spin in sweet lamb. I didnt practice for it at all, could probably do much better now that ive got the hang of the car again.

Yup, I expected as much. I made some small errors myself, but it was 3-4 seconds lost tops. I'm not gonna bark at you if you reset the event and kick my butt. ;)

I need to give this a go.  Are the RWD Group B's still V1?
Yes, the Group B RWD's still have their original physics - V1.5 I believe. Monte is well fun thanks to it.

@mikadri You have to press the thing in online events, forgot what it says, but just "go in" on the weekly event and reset it.

On second thought, I'll re-do the Grp B RWD weekly with the 037 some other day as the Manta simply cannot compete with the 037 having a decent run; getting kapwnd isn't in my interest. :'(

The thing's name is "details". It's where you can see your stage times and overall position. At the bottom there's an option to reset the event.

I haven't tried the GrpB weekly yet. I did just finish the Group A weekly though, and thoroughly enjoyed it. I only managed to finish in 28th, but had a big smile the whole way through!

Not at all. It's quite counter-intuitive to have it hidden in a submenu. It would make far more sense to have it available on the main event screen, in the same place as you can actually enter the event.
(Just not have them right next to each other, if there's ever mouse support for pressing the "buttons" on the bottom row.)

@Hatward : Looks like your fix for the times getting borked when crashing out wasn't fixed. Jhony is in the lead 12 minutes before the rest, and he didn't even do the last two stages so guess the same thing happened again.

Found ramPage was cheating on Kontinjarvi at least twice (at current monthly event too). How is it possible? Ok, maybe I am not a good driver, but after a full throttle drivin I've lost him about 40 seconds with Impreza 01 in monthy and Impreza 95 in weekly. On other stages I lost him about 1-10 seconds, that's ok, possible

http://savepic.su/6488025.jpg

or he is just a nolifer and nerd who drives the stage 100 times per day
idk

He's just an alien...american one ;)
Edit: I've heard that he's living somewhere around area 51...that would explain a lot.

Finished my Group A weekly event, so far 2nd place. Last stage - Hamelahti did 6:20 which's 2nd time after WR for now. I'll post a video today.

I am not a good driver

Well there's your problem.

@gheeD, Insane driving. You really did well on your homefront, bravo. Was your car completely unstable by the end of the event? I swear there's something funky going on with the car's physics in these multiple stage online events. Starting from as early as the 2nd stage, the car starts to become light and bounces around the stage like mad. I don't know if it's the tires' grip being reduced, or brakes wearing, or what. By the last stage I had to brake super early and brake check every little bump in the road just to remain stable. Let me know your thoughts.

Yeah, it got really loose, last stage was really difficult to finish. Last service park my exhaust was all the way to 0%! End of last stage i had both radiator AND engine light on, the car took some unbelievable beating there, really had to be tiptoeing to make it to finishline, but it also turned into a kind of groove once you knew how fast you could actually drive over the bumps and whatnot, not just going 100% throttle all the time.

The lancia definitely is a rocket now with the new physics. I did a test run with subaru at kontinjärvi first, was 6 secs off your time and tried lancia for the first time ever on gravel with new physics, did 2 sec better time than you.. So easy and fast to drive..
